my new fur vest I got at Old Navy for 9 bucks.
what a steal!!!
Only, it was an Extra-Large... so I had it altered to fit me. ;)
I just can't pass up a deal like that!
and I wish this winter weather would ACT like winter weather for ONE day, that's all ask.. so I can wear it!

candles.
I have a mild candle obsession.
I love the ambiance they give off in a room... so last night while studying I went a little nuts with my candle lighting. ;)

That I'm getting back into blogging again.
For a while there I hit a big slump.. and just didn't care to do it anymore. It felt like a chore more than a fun hobby. I've noticed a lot of people's "Why I Blog" posts and they're such great reminders of WHY I started blogging. May have to be a future post... we'll see. But I'm glad to be back and enjoying it again!

I've been feeling a little homesick for the first time this school year. I haven't spent as much time at home as I used to, I usually breeze in and right back out between work and school... so I'm ready to spend some time with them this weekend.

What a GOOD idea! I've never thought of buying piece of clothing I looooove and having it altered to fit me! I just won't buy it if it's too large and walk away with a broken heart, haha :)

Love candles too! I'll usually light them when the husband isn't home though since he's not too big of a fan of the scents... ;)
Good for you for altering a piece of clothing! I also LOVE candles, i am seasonal burner though, i do not like to burn them in the summer! Great blog, stopping over from WILW!
