Wisdom Teeth

Sorry for my lack of blogging,
we got home from our lake trip and then I had my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday.
So in the meantime I'm resting up on the couch with ice packs and trying not to look like this:

Luckily I only had 3 wisdom teeth, 2 on the top and 1 on the bottom, and my dentist said the bottom ones are usually the worst. So I'm just sticking to my pain meds and eating lots of mashed potatoes and milkshakes! Can't wait to be back and blogging ASAP!

  2. Oh my! Definitely keep the ice packs on and rest up! My favorite part of getting my wisdom teeth out was having milkshakes for every meal. Yum! ha!

  8. I got my wisdom teeth out in July 2009... The worst part of mine was dry sockets... But I loved eating all the mashed taters and ice cream!

Hope you feel better soon! =)

  11. I had mine out a couple years ago during spring break. I also had the same 3 and didn't turn into the chipmonk because I heavily iced. Get better soon! And the holes in your mouth will feel funny for a while (and get lots of food stuck in them) and then they'll close up and be gone.
